At Playground Canada we are proud of the products we create and each year we improve our manufacturing with the intention of offering products that continue to exceed our quality and our reputation.

Our quality control now allows us to offer the original purchaser a 10 year warranty on game modules.

* Orders are refundable under certain conditions, a 15% fee will apply and will be refunded depending on the payment method used.

Requirements:

For the warranty to be activated, the following information must be sent to us within 7 days of the finding of the defect:

Photos/videos to help us analyze the request

If the product is returned to us, it must be in like-new condition and in the original shipping box.
