You may request correction of your personal information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous.

9.3 Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9.4 Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller.

9.5 Right to De-indexing

You may request de-indexing of certain personal information published online about you in search engines.

9.6 Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
