Conditions of sale for Playground Canada : Products are payable on delivery. Any unpaid balance beyond 30 days will bear interest at the rate of 2% monthly. Returned merchandise must be approved by our customer service representative and returned within 10 days of delivery in perfect condition. The customer acknowledges that the responsibility of Playground Canada will not be engaged by circumstances beyond its control and that its responsibility is limited to the prices paid by the customer for the goods in question. The parties agree that this contract will be interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Deposits or payments received will be retained as damages. Playground Canada is not responsible for any accidents that may be caused by the use of the games sold.
